Dr. Kroczak is a Royal College of Canada certified Urologist with sub-specialty training in Endourology, Minimally Invasive Surgery and Renal Transplantation. He completed medical school and residency at the University of Manitoba. After residency, he went on to pursue fellowship training at the University of Toronto (St. Michael’s Hospital) where he acquired advanced surgical skills for the management of urologic cancers and kidney stones. He has received extensive training in complex open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery.
In 2018, Dr. Kroczak returned to his hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba. His clinical interests include the surgical management of complex stone disease, diagnosis and management of genitourinary malignancies, and benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH). He is an active member of the Canadian Urologic Association and the American Urologic Association. His primary research interests include: evaluation of novel surgical technologies, outcomes research in Endourology, and surgical education.
